Thank you so much for taking the time to post these. I was wondering if you have anymore catalogs from 2006? There was one in particular that I've been looking searching for for awhile. I can't quite remember the cover, but I remember one of the layouts had a cottage looking out over the coast and a horse tied up in the front yard. Do you remember?

Can somebody help me reach the person who keeps this blog? I have been looking for MONTHS for the catalog that gave me my favorite haircut idea over a year ago (I stupidly recycled it while getting ready to move) and can't believe I actually found it on here! I am having a hard time copying the pictures from the web archive and wanted to ask if I could possibly get PDF copies of pp. 24-35 in the August 2008 catalog. I have hated my past two haircuts in which I tried futily to recreate the original one, and I am DESPERATE to get these pictures back! I'm very grateful to the creator of this blog. I usually can't afford to shop at Anthro., but their catalogues are certainly works of art...

PS - Since we're a webroom full of Anthropologie Addicts here, I wondered if anyone had any thoughts about their policy around fair labor and manufacturing? I was distraught to notice a few years ago that even some of the near-$300 sweaters there are "Made in China". I found that particularly disappointing - it's true that not every garment worker in China is low-paid, but from the economics I've studied, the likelihood is greater than not. Moreover, it means that Anthropologie is getting a HUGE mark-up from their clothes. I guess I can understand why something truly hand-made by one or a few individuals can cost $300, but a factory-made Chinese clothing item? China's currency - though artificially fixed - is ridiculously low compared to the US $. I would love to hear any feedback from other shoppers, as it really tainted my feelings toward the company, and I haven't bought anything (other than spending a gift certificate I got) there since! Thanks to all :)

This blog is amazing! It is fun to know there are people out there who adore the store and their catalogs as much as I do. I love to go through them and get ideas from my own closet. I have a question - this is a long shot. I am looking for a shoe - it is by Everybody brand. I think it went on sale recently and so the website doesnt have it anymore. But it was a low heel peep toe ankle bootie (I guess a cross between a bootie and sandal) It was light brown but then had a lighter brown leather that weaved through it. I Love Them! I wanted to get a style number or name of the shoe to call stores or even find the shoe somewhere else. Anyone have any ideas?! (I know - this is a long shot, but heck, thought I would try)

I'm desperately trying to find the name of the book "stash box" that was featured in the catalogue a few months ago. They were all the same size and have a few different, beautiful colors around $75. Can anyone help?

I don't know the name of those books boxes off hand right now bit I'll check when I can but I did see a quite a few a couple weeks ago in the sale room in the Carlsbad California store different sizes... Hope that helps.

Does anyone recall the home catalog circa 2006 that contained the really unusual headlines? "Quik, Quik Dinnerpot"..."Shhh...Pouring Cream?"
It was so interesting to read - no luck locating. Any ideas? Thanks.
